Solid Waste Management Facility Annual Report Forms Deadline Approaching
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) posts annual report forms for solid waste management facilities on its website. The state uses the information from these annual report forms to learn where its resources are being used, which informs its decisions on where to focus future efforts.
The deadline for submitting your 2022 annual report forms to the NYSDEC is March 1. If you operate a facility that is required to submit a report, make sure that you get started on these forms so that you can complete them by the deadline! If you fail to submit your forms on time, you will be in violation and will need to pay a fine to the state.
