Joe Heaney, Walden’s Founder and Principal, spoke recently about Environmental and OSHA Management at the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association (GNYADA) in Whitestone, NY.
In addition to being a P.E., Joe is an expert in health and safety issues and has taught yearly, 8-hour refresher, 40-hour, Supervisors HASP, and confined space courses and conducted orientation training for project site workers. In addition, he has served as site safety officer for large-scale HAZWOPER applicable projects.
The topic of his program was “Are you prepared for an OSHA Compliance Inspection at your shop?” The event was well attended, and the audience picked Joe’s brain for advice on all aspects of OSHA management, compliance, inspections, reporting and training.
