Walden was hired to complete the engineering design and permitting for a food service company’s expansion. We prepared detailed plans and specifications for plumbing systems to support the expansion (potable water, hot water, interior drainage, and wastewater). Walden was responsible for investigating the reconditioned site’s feasibility, environmental monitoring, sampling and oversight during plumbing installation. Walden was also responsible for construction staking, inspection and regulatory reporting to local and state agencies.
