Lou has been with Walden since 2015. Working out of our Oyster Bay, NY office, he assists clients in the Long Island and New York City areas with construction management and oversight; environmental monitoring and remediation; tank design, inspection, and removal; and hazardous materials handling and storage. He has a M.Eng. and a B.S., both in Environmental Engineering and both from Cornell University, as well as his Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
Joe started working at Walden in 2019, and is currently based in New York’s Capital Region. He specializes in utility system valuation and asset management, remedial design, stormwater management, environmental regulatory compliance, and pilot testing. He graduated from Clarkson University with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering, and also holds his EIT certification.
Amanda joined Walden’s Environmental Health and Safety division in 2022. She works with industrial clients throughout the state of Connecticut, ensuring compliance with the complex network of environmental and safety regulations. She is skilled at performing facility audits, developing safety programs, and conducting employee training. Amanda has a Bachelor’s in Biology from Central Connecticut State University and recently earned her Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification.
Lauren was hired by Walden in 2023 after graduating from the University of Delaware with her B.S. in Environmental Science (with a Concentration in Ecoscience and a Minor in Business Administration). She works with clients on a wide range of projects, including environmental remediation, groundwater sampling, solid waste, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, field sampling, and data analysis. She is a NYSDEC-certified Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector and a U.S. EPA Method 9 Visible Emission Evaluator.
