Walden Environmental Engineering is pleased to welcome Kelly Paolini to the team. Paolini will work within our EHS group and focus on Environmental, Health, and Safety consulting for Walden’s industrial clients.
Paolini brings a wealth of expertise to the Walden EHS group, particularly in developing comprehensive health and safety plans for private organizations. Her most recent role as an on-site health professional for a food manufacturer saw her leading all aspects of employee health initiatives, including performing training, annual audiology tests, fit testing, ergonomic evaluations, molded hearing protection, and return-to-work assessments.
Paolini has a strong history of helping organizations establish best-in-class programs for managing safety and health in various settings, such as manufacturing and assisted living establishments, and developing comprehensive training plans incorporating the health of employees, residents, and visitors. Her work has been pivotal in ensuring corporations are compliant with OSHA and other regulations while providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
In her previous roles, she regularly interacted with employees at all organizational levels, including the management teams and chief safety officer, which earned her accolades from previous employers for her ability to handle multiple and ever-changing priorities calmly while adhering to exacting regulatory standards.
Paolini’s empathy, communication prowess, and ability to connect with a litany of stakeholders have been key to helping her develop enviable skills in reporting, training, record-keeping, and supervising other staff, sometimes at multiple locations simultaneously.
