Tier II Right to Know
Automobile dealerships and all other facilities handling and storing hazardous materials are required to complete the annual New York City Community Right-to-Know Program (RTK) Tier II filing with the DEP and New York City Fire Department each year by March 1st. This process can be complicated and tiresome, taking valuable time away from running your business. Walden is here to help. Walden’s Right-to-Know service saves you time and eliminate the risk of fines. We’ll visit your facilities, conduct an inspection, and file all of your Right-to-Know data.
