Kimberly brings over 25 years of experience to the position of Office Manager at Walden. She is an expert in enhancing business and operations management and has previously worked across industries including finance, private equity, fintech, and startups.
Kimberly’s diverse skill set includes human resources management, project planning and development, workflow optimization, and process improvement. She is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, monitoring performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure company objectives are met, and managing large and varied projects (from office improvements to the rollout of new technologies and softwares).
Kimberly is Walden’s human resources contact, working closely with our PEO and constantly advocating for employees. She has twice overseen the transition to a new health insurance provider when costs have risen, ensuring that staff receive similar or better benefits under their new plans at a more affordable price. Her work has led to stronger and more uniform systems and improved efficiencies, not just at Walden, but also in her previous positions.
