Kaitlin Moran

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Kaitlin joined Walden in February of 2022 as our Senior Accountant. She has over five years of accounting experience. When she joined Walden, she was one of two accountants reporting to the controller. Since then, she has expanded her skill set and demonstrated impressive leadership abilities, first assuming increased responsibilities and then stepping into her current role as head of the accounting department.

Kaitlin manages all financial activity at Walden, including payments, payroll, invoicing, reporting (weekly AP and AR reports, invoicing progress reports, labor and costing reports, etc.), reconciliation, and collections. She led the implementation of our credit card processing system, helping to expedite the commencement of project work and decrease payment delays.

Kaitlin has worked to standardize processes and procedures within finance, and is in constant communication with project managers and clients to ensure that information is continually updated and payments are completed and received as efficiently as possible. She is proficient in the use of QuickBooks, BillQuick Core, Sage, ADP, Paylocity, and Prism HR. She is also experienced in financial audit preparation and forensic accounting principles.
