Walden has prepared a valuation of sewer assets to be considered for purchase by a client. Walden has used the Replacement Cost New Less Depreciation and a Condition Assessment to determine the current cost to replicate the sewer system currently owned by a Home Owner Association (HOA).  Initial results demonstrate it is more cost effective for the client to purchase the assets from the HOA than to build parallel infrastructure. As demonstrated in our past work, Walden has been there to aid municipalities with proactive and strategic planning to stay ahead of evolving regulations and service opportunities.
