Any facility storing or handling hazardous materials is required to complete the annual New York City Community Right-to-Know Program (RTK) Tier II filing with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and NewYork City Fire Department. These filings are due annually by March 1st and the process involves several steps that Walden can handle for you completely and efficiently. In addition to chemical plants and power generating stations, Walden is also an Allied Member of the GNYADA (Greater New York Auto Dealer Association). We’ve served several GNYADA car dealerships on an annual basis wit their RTK filing. Failure to complete the filing or doing so incorrectly can result in large fines up to $2,500.
